About The
Artist
Alex Curfman is a 35 year old artist, born and raised in Richmond, VA. From painting and shaping bonsai trees, to routesetting and yoyoing, the process of creating is a driving force behind all he does. Working mainly in acrylics, Alex likes to utilize a wide variety of surfaces to paint on. Along with some traditional canvas and wood panel pieces, he has continued to explore clear surfaces and sculptural wooden pieces.
